FREE TALK: SLEEPING LIKE A BABY
We will be hosting a free talk about understanding baby sleep (0-6m) from 11am on Wednesday 25 March 2026. This discussion with Barb Glare, Lactation & Sleep Consultant (IBCLC) will be a great opportunity to learn about baby sleep patterns, what is 'normal', and ask all your sleep-related questions! Let your friends & mothers' groups know.

2026 PHOTO COMPETITION
Introducing the Warrnambool Breastfeeding Centre's 2026 Photo Competition! This year's theme will be "Breastfeeding: no filter," an opportunity to share all the highs & lows of the breastfeeding relationship. Applicants are asked to submit both an A3 print (framed/mounted) and a digital version of their photo. Please visit the terms & conditions for more information. BREASTFEEDING PREPARATION CLASSThis class is a comprehensive 3-hr course designed to prepare expecting parents for breastfeeding their baby. It is being run by qualified lactation consultant (IBCLC) Barb Glare. Key topics: -How to breastfeed-How breastfeeding works When: 10am-1pm Saturday 11th April 2026 Cost: $80ea - Limited places available. Includes morning tea & 1 complimentary registration - we recommend a partner or support person accompanies you. |

MUSICAL MONDAYSSinging sessions run every Monday at 10am and again at 11am. It costs a gold coin donation per family. These children's song & dance sessions are suitable for children of all ages & a great way to meet other parents. We recommend those with smaller children come along to the afternoon session. Please stay after the sing-alongs for a cuppa and a chat! We hope to see you there. Note: Singing doesn't currently run on school holidays unless otherwise advertised. |
WORK-IT-OUT WEDNESDAYSEvery Wednesday we have a drop-in day for free lactation support from an accredited lactation consultant (IBCLC), no appointments required. Seek advice regarding feeding, attachment & positioning, starting solids, allergies, sleep and more! See here for more info on Lactation Support. SOUTH WEST CLOTH NAPPY LIBRARYThe cloth nappy library is a volunteer-run initiative providing information & support for those in Warrnambool + South West Victoria wanting to learn about modern cloth nappies. Discover different brands, styles, sizing, washing tips, and hire nappies to try out.
Information sessions are free to attend. If you'd like to trial some different types of modern cloth nappies, you can borrow packs for a period of 6 weeks for just $10 each (cleaning fee).
