Note: when ordering an insert for your flange/breast shield, select 2 if you want 2 - they do not come as a pair.
Do you need a smaller flange size? These flange inserts are designed to fit inside the standard 24mm flange that most breast pumps come with. They are available in 15mm, 17mm and 19mm.
SIZING
1. Measure your nipple diameter in mm prior to pumping. Note that we are only measuring the nipple, not the areola.
2. Your flange size should be 3-5mm larger than your nipple diameter.

WASHING & STERILISING
Before using the insert, place it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Make sure the insert is completely submerged in water. Every time you use this type of replacement breast pump parts, wash it in soapy water, rinse it with clean water, and air dry it afterwards.
