1x Silicone flange insert in size 15/17/19mm. Please add 2 if double pumping.

Flange Size: Add 2mm to your nipple diameter.

Measuring:

Measure from the nipple base to the top of the nipple. When you start pumping, your nipple size may change. It's recommended that you choose the size of the flange which is 2mm larger. Also note that your left and right nipples may have different sizes, so please measure them both to get the exact size of them. See link.

How to Use:

Insert the insert into your flange so that it is secure and airtight around the edges. Place the flange over your nipple, making sure it's centred and the rim is positioned correctly on your breast. Clean the flange thoroughly after each use.

Cleaning:

After each use, disassemble the flange from the silicone diaphragm and wash it with warm soapy water. Rinse the flange thoroughly with warm water. Allow the flange to air dry completely before reassembling and using it again.
