You'll find it difficult to touch or reach the perineal area after giving birth. This is where the handheld peri-bottle comes in handy, making it easier to wash the area thoroughly each time you use the bathroom. It also has a soothing effect and helps reduce infection and speed up healing.

You can use it together with perineal ice packs for additional relief and to reduce swelling, especially if you experienced tearing and require stitches.
