Use:

• Place a few drops of breast milk in each Bubka Silver Nipple Soother at the end of every breastfeed
• Comfortably wear them under your nursing bra between your breastfeeding sessions
• Remove Bubka Silver Nipple Soothers before feeding and simply rinse the nipple with water

Clean:

• Wash with warm water to remove any milk residues and dry them
• Create a paste with Bicarbonate of Soda & warm water
• Rub the paste on the Bubka Silver Soother and dry them
